Large & Modern Double Bedroom - Kennington/E&C

Hey!

We have a double bedroom available in our modern ground floor flat in Kennington (5 mins walk away from both Kennington and Elephant & Castle station - Northern & Bakerloo Line).

A little about us:

My flat mate Jason and I have been renting this place for the past couple of years and have really made it our home. Sadly our other flat mate Zuzanna will be moving out in January, which means we’re now on the lookout for a new flat mate.

Jason and I are both 27 - Jason works in fintech and I have my own small software development business. We're generally really clean and friendly. We're pretty independent and tend to stick to ourselves as we are both quite busy with work, however we also enjoy socialising and a beer at the pub if it’s been a long day.

During the week, we tend to stay in and chill and on occasions we may cook for each other. On the weekends, we generally go out and grab a drink somewhere and have lunch together.

A little about the flat:

The rooms in the flat are all really big and modern. The whole place is really clean and we like to keep it that way.

The bedrooms have loads of storage space, with floor to ceiling wardrobes, bedside tables and a chest of drawers. The room available is the second largest.

The house comes with a shared bathroom with a bath/shower. Again, this is newly refurbished so it’s quite modern and clean.

The living room, kitchen and dining room area is open plan and really large so plenty of space for everyone.

A little about the location:

We're located in between Kennington and Elephant & Castle. It's pretty much 5 mins walk from both tube stations. It's a quiet area however there's plenty of places to eat out. We’re about 15 mins walk from Mercato Metropolitano which is great for food and drinks.

As you can tell from the pictures, it's a really great space - we look forward to meeting you and welcoming you into the flat.
