If you are looking for a central location you can enjoy living in my beautiful and comfy flat with the added bonus of having a lovely and spacious room and a respectful and easy going flatmate.

The flat is less than 5 minutes walk from Kennington station and just over 5 minutes walk to Elephant & Castle. Situated in a small road with windows overlooking a comunal garden, this room could be your private retreat from the hustle and bustle of life in London.

The room has a double bed an inbuilt wardrobe and a chest of drawers. If you are looking at having a desk in your room there is plenty of space and I have a foldable one stored that you could use.

The bathroom is a good size and it was refurbished with nice finishes. it has a cupboard that can be used to storage bed linen and towels.

The kitchen is large with a table, plenty of storage and it comes fully equipped. The living room has a large sofa and a 40” tv... I know you can’t see it but is there 😉

The terrace is the best room in the flat, great for sunbathing, diners al fresco, entertaining friends... a great private outdoors space in the centre of London.

Agata who rents the other room is lovely and works Monday to Friday away from home. Respectful and easy going, she likes things to be kept tidy and clean and enjoys a bit of cooking and quiet nights in, but also socialises a lot so you may not see her much! ☺️

The flat has a pet cat, the lovely, cuddly and beautiful Ziza.
