Hi!
I am looking for someone to share the flat I rent from early/ mid July.
The flat is in a great location, 7 mins from Kennington tube and 5 mins from Walworth road which is a main bus road.
It is a large furnished room with a comfy bed, nice mattress, loads of hanging space and a chest of drawers.
The garden is a sun trap in the summer and it’s going to be my project this spring to make it a lovely space to hang out. We also have a covered bike storage area.
The bills include gas, electricity, wifi, cleaner, tv licence and council tax and comes to around £200 a month. Short term lets considered for a higher rate to be negotiated.
During the week I am out and about most days and evenings. I run a female football club called Gals FC which takes up a lot of my time. When I am at home I love cooking for the house, for friends and hanging out in the garden, or watching Selling Sunset and other quality stuff on TV.
