Room to rent in a four-bed flat in south London Kennington near both Kennington and Oval tube station. I’m looking for someone to take my room for the last few weeks of my tenancy at a discounted rate The room is located at the top of the stairs. With a shared living space and kitchen. the room is a double which is big enough for a desk and wardrobe. The room comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe and nightstand. There is a balcony located at the rear of the property that has a table and chairs and is good for enjoying a nice morning breakfast. We are looking for someone who respects the shared spaces and is happy to socialise. The bathroom is separate from the toilet (as pictured). There is under bed storage available in the room.
