I’ve lived in the flat for 6 years and it’s an awesome area with Walworth Road a few mins walk away, full for shops, bars and restaurants. Burgess Park and Kennington Park are each 10 mins walk and there’s a small local park behind the flat.
7 minute walk from Kennington tube, 10-15 min walk to Elephant and Castle and 30 min walk to Waterloo, Westminster and London Bridge.
I’m a civil servant at Defra and work from the office Monday to Thursday every week. I’m out a lot in evenings and weekends seeing friends but also like nights in cooking and reading or watching Netflix (other streaming services are available).
