Sublet in Kennington for 2 months
Dates: 29 August to 31 October (potentially longer)
Room: Double bed room in 3 bed apartment
Location: Kennington Zone 1! 10 min walk to Kennington Station
Rent: £1,100/month inc bills

Looking for a short term let to join two guys in their Kennington flat.

I’m travelling for at least 2 months from 29 August to 31 October however I may be travelling until early Jan 2026 so minimum 2 month sublease but it could extend longer if that works best for both of us

The Apartment:
Double room available in a 3-bedroom, 2-storey apartment in Kennington, overlooking a garden square. Just a 10-minute walk from Kennington Tube station and so accessible to everywhere in London

The People:
The apartment is shared with one Italian and one Irishman, both in their early 30s and working professionals.
We’re easy going guys who enjoy cheeky pints, watching rugby and sports in general and like a good movie night. You can also join in on Ramen Sundays.
Very keen to live with someone likeminded.

The Location:
Most people only know Kennington as the fork in the Northern Line and not as a place to live. It's a quite neighbourhood even though it's so central. There are a surprising amount of cute cafés and good pubs that fly under the radar. It's very well connected on the tube, very easy to get anywhere in the city or further SW.

The Room:
Double bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe.
£1,100/m rent includes bills such as Sky, good broadband, Netflix and a fortnightly cleaner.
