We have a bright spacious room available in a 4 bedroom maisonette flat which is 8 mins walk from Kennington tube so you'd be sharing the flat with 3 other flatmates.
Looking for someone who is friendly and sociable and knows to clean up after themselves. The flat is kept very clean and tidy so we're looking for new tenant who will do the same.

It's on ground floor with it's own entrance on the street.
Landlord doesn't live in the flat but lives local enough to be there if you lose your keys, etc. A dedicated cleaner visits the flat every two weeks and keeps the common areas nice and shiny.

The flat has a fully stocked kitchen with fridge, washing machine, microwave, plates, pots and pans, etc. It's
also got a lounge with dining area ,Sky TV and super fast internet. Outside is a paved garden with garden furniture.

Each room is for single occupancy only, that means only one person living in it. It's ok if you have friends
or partners to stay for a bit now and again but not permanently. Minimum contract period is 6 months. Please note the desk and chair shown in the room pic are tenants own so not included.
