Double Room In Kennington - 10 Walk From Station

Looking for a flatmate to occupy furnished 3rd room in spacious Kennington apartment.

Very well connected, 10 mins walking away from Kennington Station, 20 mins walking from Elephant and Castle. Preferably looking for female flatmates but all inquiries are welcome. Flat has shared utilities (washing machine, drying rack, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, tv and oven)

Two other rooms are occupied by me and another Indian female. We are sociable and easy going but also enjoy our own space. I work from home and my roommate works on-site 5 days a week. We generally keep the apartment peaceful and clean, we would appreciate a person willing to help out with chores (cleaning the house, taking the trash out etc.) and with compatible schedules.

Bills are usually around £55 per month.
