Description
We have a large and bright double room in our family house available to rent Monday-Friday.
The house is only 3 minutes walk to Kennington tube (zone 1/2). The room is on the top floor with a shower room next to it which you'd mostly have all to yourself (we only use it occasionally in the evenings), and you'd also have access to the kitchen downstairs, and the garden.
The road is really quiet, but the house is near to shops, parks and restaurants, and has great transport links - tube, bus and trains are all nearby. It's 10 minutes on the tube from Kennington to Leicester Square in the West End or Bank in the City.
We're a friendly and active family (a couple and teenage child, with another away at university) looking for a chilled-out professional who needs somewhere very handy for central London to stay midweek.
Bills and broadband included. Short lets welcomed (1-3 or 1-6 months)
