- I work pretty hard on weekdays and I am usually out on weekends. I sometimes work from home (2-3 days a week)
- I enjoy stimulating conversations, witless banter and everything in between - and I do like to have time on my own too (especially after intense weeks at work)

About you:
- You are a working professional / mature student with reliable financials
- You are clean and will take care of the flat and its furniture with me (No shoes in the flat please!)
- You are considerate (e. g. noise, parties, visitors)

About our flat:
- It is a big flat in a new building with a balcony and fully furnished
- We have a washing + drying machine, large oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and hoover
- We have 2 private gardens (one of them in visible from the window)
- We live in a relatively silent area with windows from one side looking over the garden and the other ones to the train tracks (barely noticeable due to modern windows with strong noise insulation)
- Bills: council tax and wifi (included); water, heating and electricity ~100 pcm for two people (split equally by both)
