Double room in friendly Kennington house share

We’re looking for a fourth housemate to join our house in Kennington from 9 March, Ideally looking for someone late 20s - 30s who is kind, fun and is up for socialising with the rest of the housemates.

We’re conducting viewings in the next two weeks.

House and room:
The house is across three stories and is fairly spacious and we have a garden which is great for the summer.

The room is on the second floor and is south facing so is lovely and bright, with a view of the garden. It comes with a bed and wardrobe. It can be divided into living/ bed area, good storage for shoes and coats.

Our landlord lives next door, he’s pretty chilled and is good at getting things fixed quickly.

Housemates:
We met on Spareroom and all get along really well together, and while we have our busy London lives, we definitely enjoy the occasional house dinner, pub trip or film night together.
Cat is a civil servant and loves shopping, cooking, box set binges, trying new restaurants (though somehow always ends up at the same old places!), and self-care Sundays.
Helen is 30 and works in child psychology research, enjoys discovering cool new music in London, thrifting new clothes, lots of pub trips, yoga, techno nights out and music festivals in the summer.
Tara is 29 and enjoys socialising with friends, travel, pub and theatre.

Costs
The total cost is £975 which covers rent (£925) and all bills (£150) which includes internet, water, heating, etc household items, and a cleaner who comes once a month. The contract will begin 9 March.

Area
The house is less than five mins walk to the tube and near Kennington Park which is great in the summer. There are lots of cosy pubs nearby with quizzes and sports. There’s a big Tesco 10mins from the house as well as some smaller supermarkets 5mins away open late/24hr.
