Currently have 4 rooms available at our new 4 bedroom House in Kennington.

It is a 4 bedroom house and I am currently finding Lodgers to move in, Property has 4 rooms. 2 very large double rooms fully furnished and 2 smaller double rooms.

The house is perfectly located, it’s next to Kennington Park and a five mins walk to Kennington Station. The house is fairly spacious and has a garden which is great for the summer (so bonus points if you like a bit of gardening!)

The room are on the first floor and has big windows which is so lovely and bright, with a view of the garden.

All rooms come with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, and bedside table.

2 rooms are very big and so the Price will be £1000 and £975 per month bills included. The smaller room will be £900 and £875.

All bills included. Bills are TV, Electric, Gas and Internet.

PLEASE NOT THAT THE HOUSE IS CURRENTLY GOING THROUGH A FACE LIFT AND BEING PAINTED AND NEW BEDS, WARDROBES ETC ARE BEING INSTALLED OVER THE NEXT 2 WEEKS. I HAVE PUT PICTURES OF THE CURRENT SPACE JUST FOR REFRENCE.

THE BEDS, DOORS, SOFA WILL ALL BE REPLACED PER THE ONES YOU SEE IN THE PICTURES.

The property is open to female, male or mixed. Their are 2 bathroom and showers in the property. If females want a female only property please let me know in the message,
