Double room in a spacious flat in Kennington

Hey there! :)

My flatmate’s moving back home to France and I'm looking for someone to take her room.

The flat is ideally situated 5 mins from Kennington and Elephant and Castle tube stations with excellent connectivity to other parts of London. It's also super close to many bus routes.

The flat is a spacious 2-bed with a large living/dining area, a nice balcony, and a large bathroom. It is located on the first floor of a secure building. The tenancy is through an estate agent. A right-to-rent check is required. The tenancy is for 6 months starting in October and can be extended further. The rent includes all bills.

A bit about me - I work for a tech company in central London and I’m in the office 3-4 times a week. Outside of work I love going out to pubs, restaurants and to sporting events. We are a social but chill flat, regulars at the local pub, dinners together a few times a week, and film/TV nights.
