1 Double Bedroom Aviailable In Kennington

Roby and I have one bedroom available in our flat in Kennington (the room Available is the one with the TV on.).

The flat is just a few seconds' walk from Kennington Park and a few minutes' walk to Kennington and Oval underground stations.

There is a big Tesco Superstore about 10 minutes walk, Lidl (Stockwell) 5 minutes by bus and Morrison 10 minutes walk toward E&C.

There is a big kitchen and separate living room where you can access the balcony.

Bills are around £120 a month per person and include: Council tax, gas, internet, water and Electricity.

The flat is managed by Marsh&Parson's but the landlord has been very responsive when needed.

About the flatmates::

I am Davide a 34yo professional, working full-time as a general manager in the West End. Working Mon to Fri. I do not WFH and ideally looking for the same. I’m an easy going and outgoing lad who is Ideally for flat mates that are happy to hang out and socialise from time to time and not act like strangers at home. I am clean and respectful. I love travelling (I lived in Australia for 2 years and went backpacking around southeast Asia for a few months), skiing, discovering new cafes, and the odd festival and music event here and there (the recovery time is longer past 30 haha). During the week you find me at the gym after work. I then like to unwind at home, cooking and watching Telly.

Roberto:

Roby is an Italian guy from Milan, working in Luxury retail. He also works office hours. Like me, you will find him at the gym after work. He likes to chill on the weekends as well as groin gout sometimes. He will be moving in on April, 01 at the same time as the new flat mate.

Although we all like to party sometimes, the flat has never been a party flat or a place to bring it back after a night out, and I want to keep it that way ✌️✌️✌️.

We won't someone who can vibe and fit in with us. Called together sometimes after work, cooking and watching a movie together or going out on the weekend..
