After more than 5 years in this lovely flat for me and 3 years for Roberto, we have decided it is time for our next adventure. That means we have 2 fantastic double rooms available in our beautiful 3 bedroom flat in Kennington.
Location wise, it is hard to beat. The flat is literally seconds from Kennington Park, perfect for a morning walk, a run, or a lazy picnic in the summer. Both Kennington and Oval stations are just a few minutes away, with the Northern Line making it super easy to get around London.
For shopping, you are spoiled for choice. There is a Tesco Superstore about a 10 minute walk away, Lidl in Stockwell is a short bus ride, and Morrisons is just the other side towards Elephant and Castle. You will never be far from groceries, coffee, or anything else you need.
The flat itself has a spacious kitchen with plenty of room for everyone to cook without getting in each other's way, plus a separate living room that opens onto a lovely little balcony. It is the perfect spot for a glass of wine on a summer evening or a relaxed catch up after work.
Bills are approximately £145 per month per person and include council tax, gas, electricity, water, and broadband, so everything is nice and straightforward.
The property is managed by Marsh & Parsons, and the landlord has always been responsive and easy to deal with whenever anything has come up.

Junior is Brazilian, 38 years old, and has lived in the UK for over 10 years. He works full time as a Senior Accountant for a luxury brand in the West End and works from home two days a week. He is outgoing, friendly, and easy going. Most evenings you will find him at the gym after work, and these days he prefers quieter weekends, apart from the occasional event or night out every now and then.
Junior is looking for more than just someone to fill a room. He would love to find a flatmate who feels part of the home. Someone clean, respectful, and sociable, who enjoys the occasional glass of wine, a shared dinner, or a series binge on the sofa. Ideally, someone who is happy to have a chat after work and help keep the friendly atmosphere that has made this place feel like home for so many years.
