Double Room to rent for non smoker FEMALE in the quiet area of Kennington. 5 mns walk from Kennington & Oval station. 10 mns walk to Walworth Road & Elephant & Castle in South London. Surronded by many buses to reach Central London and also many areas. East street market is our local market with stores like Morrisons, Tesco, Sainsbury, Iceland & Lidl.

You will be living with myself the landlady (professional Lady from West french Africa), my adult son of 25 & another female tenant. We are all professionnals workers with long shift hours, so you ll not see us often. A very warm, very quiet and kind family atmosphere home with Christian values. No drama.

■The room will be available from the second week of SEPTEMBER, the rent is £800/month, all bills included. Preferable for long stay. Minimum stay 9 months & maxi 1 year.
●1 month in advance needs to be paid before moving.
●The room contains a double bed, a fridge, a freezer, a microwave, a folding study table, a large wardrobe, a mirror, plastic storage, indoor clothes airer, shopping food basket, bedside drawer & small bedside lamp. (Please see video & pictures).

●The room & facilities are for only 1 tenant. No female, male friends, family member are allowed to sleep in the room. No pets.
All furnitues & appliances cannot be removed from the room.

●Washing machine & cooker located in the kitchen area are free to use at your convenience. Free wifi availabe to use. One bathroom & 2 toilets.

*Actual tenant is a lovely, polite, respectfull & down to earth caucasian american Lady. Returning back to USA ater completing degree. Hope to find similar person as I do value respect toward people. Arguments & abusive languages are not really my taste.
