Room Available in a Friendly Home

As I move on from my studies and start a new journey, I’m looking to pass on my room to someone new. It's a cozy space in a welcoming home, perfect for someone looking for a fresh start.

Your New Housemates: You’ll be sharing the home with Leann and Shira, two kind and respectful women. They’re great for a chat over tea in the kitchen when you feel like socializing, and just as understanding when you need some alone time.

About the Place: This home offers a balance of friendly interactions and personal space, ideal for anyone who appreciates both company and quiet.

If this sounds like the place for you, please reach out to discuss further. Let’s make this lovely space yours!

It is a beautiful double bedroom to rent in a 3 bed flat with garden and 2 loving cats.

The flat is a newly decorated maisonette. It has just been decorated throughout and has a brand-new bathroom and kitchen. Each bedroom has new furniture and a 42-inch TV.

The flat also has two lovely female cats aged 2 that love affection.

Bills are not included and will be shared equally between the 3 flatmates. They are currently around £110 a month and include: Unlimited fast fibre broadband and Sky, £55 a month. Council Tax - £180, water - £30 and Gas and Electricity - £70 a month. These are of course subject to change as usage varies.

TRANSPORT
The location is very well connected to the rest of the city.
The flat is in Zone 1 and only a 10-minute walk to Kennington Underground and Oval Underground station.
From Kennington station, it's only an 8-minute tube to the West end/City and only 3 minutes to Waterloo. The area also has 43 buses and night buses with short bus journeys to Camberwell, Westminster, Coven Garden and Kings Cross.

AREA
The flat is around the corner from the charming Walworth High Street with its selection of shops, Tesco, Morrisons, Superdrug, Argos, Marks and Spencer, and various bars and pubs. The famous East Street market is a 10-minute walk and Burgess Park is a 5-minute walk and has skating classes, a fishing lake, and tennis courts.

Southwark Council also offers its residents free gym use and swimming in its leisure centers every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Culture-wise, the area has many museums nearby including The Imperial War Museum, Tate Modern, Hayward Gallery, and National Film Museum. The Imax cinema is a short bus journey as well as the London Eye and Brixon which has many clubs and restaurants.
