I have 2 rooms available for short-term rent., from Dec 15th to Jan 12th - a bit of flexibility is fine too :)

Single occupancy only (NO COUPLES).
Smoking inside the house is not allowed.

ALL BILLS included (Water, Gas, Electricity, Council, Internet, biweekly cleaning)

The property is a 3-bed flat, recently renewed, in Zone 1.
Only 7 minutes walk from Kennington station and 15 from Elephant and Castle

The area is very safe and quiet. There are a couple of big supermarkets just 5 mins away, and Burgess Park is just a 10 mins walk.

I will be out of London all the time, so the flat will be shared by the two of you only. I can provide bedsheets, duvets and towels too.

FLAT.
- Living Room: The flat comes fully furnished. There is a large living room, with 2 sofas + a coffee table, and a nice large table with chairs.

- Kitchen: In industrial style, packed with all we need, Dishwasher, Washing machine+Dryer, Moka, Oven, Air fryer, blender... etc

- Bathroom: Clean and pristine in total white, good water pressure, it has got a bathtub

- Room 1 (1000£):
King-size bed, 2 bedside tables, large desk, wardrobe, mirror, curtains.

- Room 2 (900£)
Double bed, bedside table, desk, wardrobe, curtains.
