Hi! Looking for someone to sublet a room in a lovely flat with 3 other LSE students.

Preferably only for the month of August (some flexibility), but longer lets considered too! I've lived here for 3 years now and the price for the size and location is unbeatable.

🏷️Price: £840 / month, bills tend to be around £50-100

🏠The Flat: it's spread across the first and second floors; bedrooms on the first floor; bathroom, toilet, a very spacious kitchen and a great sitting room with a bay window on the top floor.

🪴The Room: comfortable size, gets plenty of light in the morning. Double bed, chest of drawers and cupboard included, desk and chair optional.

🏙️Location: literally 50 metres from Kennington tube station, so you can be in central London in less than 15 minutes. Quiet residential street. Supermarkets, bus stops and Kennington Park all within 5 minutes walk.

👥About us: I'm just finishing a masters in International Relations at LSE. Our flatmates: Charlie is an International Relations PhD at LSE, and Megan is starting her masters in Economics at LSE.
