Hey! Unfortunately, im moving out of my lovely flat end of August/ Early September so I’m looking for someone to replace me in our two bedroom flat.

The rent is £1150 without bills, which are currently ~£190 per month.

The room is a double bedroom with your own private terrace and comes furnished with the bed, bedside table and desk, with a shared bathroom.

The flat has an open planned living area and kitchen has a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The flat is very light, bright and airy and has under-floor heating throughout.

We are situated a 5-minute walk from Kennington Tube station and about a 15-minute walk from Elephant & Castle. There’s lots of amenities nearby with two parks and a supermarket within a 5-minute walk as well as lots of coffee shops, restaurants, bars and pubs.

A bit about flatmate:
I’m Liv, I’m 24 and I’m a project manager! I enjoy staying active, socialising and exploring London, but equally love evenings at home, watching TV. I’m looking for another girl in her twenties to move in!
