Double Room in Large Kennington Flat

Double room available August - May. Room is furnished with desk, armchair, bed, bedside tables etc (plus TV if wanted). Room also has two very large cupboards for storage with shelves and chests of drawers.

2 female flatmates currently (25,26), both professionals in healthcare and journalism. One from New Zealand one from Bristol.

Flat has a good sized kitchen, a big communal living room, a balcony (ignore scaffolding in pics, this is gone now!).

Flat is situated ~10mins walk from Kennington station (Zone 1/2 Northern Line) and ~12mins from Oval station (Zone 2 Northern Line), close to the Walworth road with all of its shops and restaurants.

Room coming available as 3rd flatmate is going travelling - we have lived together for a couple of years and are looking for someone friendly to take his place. Current flatmates fairly independent but regularly hang out together on weekday evenings (movie nights, pizza nights, etc), so looking for someone who can fit into that dynamic!

Bills tend to be £70-80 a month per head.
