One more flatmate needed for flat

I am looking for 1 more person to join my friend Harry and myself to form a new flatshare in Kennington.

Harry works as a lecturer at a university and I work in a public affairs agency.

We are looking for someone chilled and professional who wants to make homely and social flatshare.

The landlord has already accepted our offer on the flat, but we need one more person to take the third bedroom. This is for a 2 floor apartment with a garden. It will be available early August. This is excluding bills, which would be approx £140pp a month.

The property is located on a quiet, residential street but is just 5 minutes walk away from Kennington Tube station, local shops and amenities and backs onto Pasley park. It is also 5 minutes to a number of bars and restaurants and there is a local pub (the beehive) at the end of the road.

It has 3 double bedrooms with high ceilings and fitted wardrobes with beds and all furnished.

The flat has just been fully redecorated and there is a recently refurbished bathroom which has been finished to a high standard. The kitchen is open plan and fitted with all modern appliances and leads onto a stunning conservatory. The garden is massive with a large shed at the back with plenty of room for storage.
