Lovely bright double room in Kennington, Zone 1

Hi!

I will be moving into my new flat later this month and I’m looking for a friendly professional to join me from September!

I will be buying all new and nicer furniture to decorate the flat and make it feel like a proper home 🏡 - the current pics are from the previous owner and I’d like to upgrade things a bit!

About the room / flat:
A good sized true double room, with space for a wardrobe + chest of drawers + small desk.
The room is part of a 2 bed flat (technically 3 - there’s smaller office room) with a nice sized kitchen and living room, 2 bathrooms, a small private balcony + a larger shared balcony with the other flat on the floor.

The flat itself is on the 6th floor of a block - 6 minute walk from Kennington station on the Northern Line (Zone 1), right next to Walworth road (East St market very close by) and a 10 minute walk to Elephant & Castle station, so is super well connected.
Washer / dryer, dishwasher, super fast wifi and all the things you’d expect in a shared house.

About me:
I am a 31 year old lifetime Londoner working a 9-5 in the city, and have been renting in shared housing for the last 10 years or so.
I work from home 3 days a week but very much like to fill my days outside of this making the most of London, playing sports and trying out new places to eat. I share the loveliest greyhound (Myrtle) with my old housemates, and Myrtle would likely come to hangout once a week, so a dog friendly person would be very welcome 🐕 unfortunately not a cat friendly household.
