Large Room in Old Fire House

Hey everyone!

My lovely large room will be available from November 1st in Kennington, shared with two friendly girls.

Teresa works for the NHS and loves singing and Yvonne is a Civil Servant and knows the best spots to eat in London.

The flat is located in Kennington, less than 10 mins walk from Elephant & Castle and 5 from Kennington station. There is Tesco express and Sainsbury local nearby with a big Tesco within 10mins walk. The building is known as the Old Fire Station and the flat is on the first floor.

The room has lots of natural light coming from a nice Victorian window and is furnished with a spacious built-in wardrobe and a luxurious king bed. Comes with a bedside table and tall chest of draws, (pink chair and mirror is not staying).

The rent does not include the bills, which are roughly £100 per month.
Deposit TBC with Landlady.
