The room is filled with natural light, featuring large windows. It's fully furnished with a double bed (with a high frame), a large built-in wardrobe, and a smaller one near the door, a bedside table, a small cabinet, and a full-length mirror (all shown in the video). Plus, you'll have your own private bathroom!

The flat itself is open-plan, with a spacious living area and kitchen that leads out onto a balcony (that I love). There’s tons of storage throughout the flat, most of which is still empty, as well as a private bike shed/storage area across the building.

The location is very convenient: a 10-minute walk to Kennington Station, where two branches of the Northern Line meet, and just 5 minutes from the nearest bus stop. Waterloo, Vauxhall, London Bridge and Peckham are only a 10-15 minute bike ride or a 20-25 minute bus ride away.

You’ll also find a few main streets within walking distance, with shops, restaurants, and cafes, and there are two beautiful parks: Burgess and Kennington, nearby.

About Me
I’m a 25-year-old from Turkey and have been in London for just over two years, with one of those years spent in this flat. I’m an emergency and critical care vet, so I work in shifts—one week on, one week off. During my working week, I have long shifts, so you might not see me much, meaning you’ll pretty much have the flat to yourself.

I appreciate peace and quiet, and I like to keep the common spaces clean and tidy. But I’m also pretty social and enjoy having friends over every now and then. I’m easygoing and would always be respectful of your space and routine.

Also, the landlord is super attentive, and the neighbours are all friendly too!
