About the flat & Move In Dates

We’re on a one year contract that ends on June 2025 with possibility for renewal. Unfortunately we need to move out so need someone to replace us on the contract. Move in date 1st of November-with some flexibility.

The flat benefits from gorgeous sunlight and keeps heat in quite nicely when it’s chilly outside. The landlord is really helpful and quite responsive. We needed a couple of things fixed and he immediately scheduled someone to come in the next day.

The flat has grey HDF flooring throughout and a shared communal garden in the back. It’s in a block of flats on the ground floor with a ramp in the entrance. There’s an option for parking space that can be discussed with the landlord.

We moved in only two months ago so unfortunately didn’t really get to make it home but it’s quite a cosy flat and would be easy to make into a home

Bills
Not included and total up to around £300/month.

Transportation

The flat is a seven minute walk to Kennington underground station, about 10 minutes walk to elephant and Castle station, and a 15 minute walk to Oval station.

Furniture

While we rented the flat unfurnished, we bought a few things including a huge queen size bed with ottoman storage and a huge wardrobe for the bedroom-both can be purchased with the flat.

Flat comes with a TV in the living room and there’s a sofa bed with storage and bookshelves that can also be purchased.

Also hoping to sell a few bits and bobs in the kitchen that we’re happy to find a deal for.

Viewings will be held on Saturday & Sunday 5th & 6th of October.
