We are looking for a lovely new housemate as sadly one of us is leaving to pursue her comedy dream!
Room:
Large fully furnished double room with own separate bathroom and stairway, with loads of storage in the eaves.
Price excludes bills, usually come to £120 pp (max winter) a month.
Flat:
A cute 3 bed flat on a quiet street. Has a gorgeous balcony that’s perfect for a wine/beer in the summer. Would love a plant mum to join the crew and help us decorate!
Location:
Super convenient in zone 1, a 2 min walk from the tube station and only a couple of stops from Clapham. Kennington park is just round the corner and a tescos.
About us:
Becky (28) is a civil servant that loves trying new sports (isn’t great at sticking at them), loves anything arty, cooking and hosting, and is always up for a pub or brunch trip!
Lauren (29) is a WFH finance girly that loves shopping and baking (makes excellent treats!).
We often hang out in the evening and watching trashy tv/films, bonus points if you watch RHOBH.
We absolutely love our safe haven of a space and care about keeping it clean, warm and cosy!
