The available room has a single bed but can comfortably fit a double bed, and a double bed can be supplied. There is also a built-in desk which could be used for work purposes or as a vanity. I’m a 32-year old female looking for a professional flatmate, or someone studying in further education. I’m a sociable introvert who loves to cook, watch films and visit friends. I have a corporate job in the City and work from home two days per week (but I have a desk in my room so I don’t work in the communal space).

There is a parking permit available but the permit would be an additional cost (circa £250 per year).

The flat is fully stocked with kitchen equipment (including Nespresso machine, air fryer, Nutribullet etc.) and would be suitable for someone moving to London for the first time - you would have everything you need from day one. However, there is plenty of storage space available if you want to bring your own kitchenware.
