I am looking for someone to take over my contract (until 13th July 2025 with the option to renew).

The house:
Spacious separate kitchen and living room, two bathrooms (shared between three people) and lots of storage.

The area:
Located on a quiet street in a residential area less than a minute walk from Kennington park. It is very well connected with great pubs, coffee shops, bus routes and plenty of small shops plus a large supermarket nearby.

The flatmates:
Two females, one working in graphic design (27) and the other working in hospitality (29) who met through SpareRoom.

Bills:
Roughly £100 a month.

Deposit is £1115.38 paid directly to the current tenant.
