The property benefits from the new washing machine, efficient boiler and a fast internet connection. It is a cheap, warm, clean, shared house.

The flatmates are friendly (students and professional) and accommodating: two girls and two boys. The house is very quiet.

The block is clean, friendly and peaceful.

I have been staying in this room for over two years. The renting agency will handle all the referencing and tenancy agreements. I am only moving out due to the career change and need to relocate.
