Double En-Suite in Shared 2 Bed nr Camberwell

Double (maybe king) room in a south facing 2 bed new build flat in Myatt's Fields, which is near Camberwell / Kennington area.

Room available in early Jan, taking over my flatmate's room and his place on the tenancy. He is sadly moving back home to Scotland with work after living here for a couple of years.

We are 2nd floor of a block of flats with our own balcony and kitchen/living area. Really good built in appliances come with the flat, which is fully furnished.

I'm a 28 year old professional and I work in the office most weekdays. Looking to keep the place as a fairly chill, clean space for living. Would of course love to have a friendly face in the flat for general hang outs / cooking together when we're both around / little pub trips.
