💰 Price: £875 / month, plus bills (~£80). There is also a one-off £250 administration fee for the tenancy swap.

🏡 The Flat: it's spread across the first and second floors of the building; has a very spacious kitchen and a great sitting room with a bay window on the top floor.

🛌 The Room: on the second floor, comfortable size, gets loads of light through the day. Includes double bed, mattress, bedside table, in-built cupboard and a desk (optional).

📍 Location: literally 50 metres from Kennington tube station, so you can be in central London in less than 15 minutes. Quiet residential street. Supermarkets, bus stops and Kennington Park all within 5 minutes walk.

😊 Other flatmates: the flat has 2 other bedrooms occupied by 3 lovely individuals: one is a lawyer, the other two (a couple) are PhD and master's students at the London School of Economics.

🗓️ Available to move in as soon as tenancy checks are completed (probably a couple weeks). For students, a UK guarantor will be required for these tenancy checks. The current tenancy agreement runs until 7 November 2025, however early termination is possible in agreement with the other tenants. Renewal is also an option.
