1 Room available in Shared 4 Bed Property.

Hi All,

I have a 4 bedroom property that has been rented out to a group of 4 friends. They are all from the Philippines and work in the NHS.

Unfortunately 1 of them has to leave and so a room will become available at the property.

There are 3 males and 1 females however 1 male will be leaving. I am ideally looking to find another female that will move in from the 28th Mahmy.

All bills are included and rent is £950 per month.

Stay is a minimum of 4 weeks and then a monthly rolling contract and deposit is 1 month stay.
