Hellllo, we are looking for a housemate to join our lovely lil house asap!

Sadly our housemate is leaving us to move closer to work.

ABOUT THE AREA 📍

7 mins walk to both Kennington and Oval
5 mins to bus stop that will take u all over London

We have all worked and commuted to loads of different areas in London and honestly Kennington is so ideal for getting around.

We are close to shops, even have a granny trolley u can use to lug all ur stuff around.

Also literally 2 seconds away from the park which has been a treat in the summer for pints and picnics.

ABOUT THE HOUSE 🏠

4 bedrooms , kitchen , living room , garden and 1 bathroom and toilet upstairs and then 1 toilet downstairs. There’s also lots of storage space for all ur bits + plus the room available comes with an extra closet downstairs.
Council tax band C
The room itself is a small double room- so may be more suited for someone that doesn’t mind not having a desk / is in the office (or alternatively doesn’t mind working in the living room). Room is £835 and bills are about £90 a month

ABOUT US 💃🏼

We’re all 24 - 1 is in full time work and the others are working / studying their masters in law, and women’s health.

We’re socialable girls, we like to stay busy and be out and about on the weekends, doing things like pub, seeing friends and enjoying London, hosting dinner parties !!!. But we are very down for a chill flat night in , watching tv, playing games and cooking together. We also host a few house parties now and then.

We would really love someone who would fit in the house and someone we can actually be friends with.
