The room has loads of natural light and has great storage, as well as a very friendly cat. The room comes furnished (as does the rest of the house), so you’re welcome to bring anything extra but also no worries if you don’t have loads of stuff.

The house has a garden and roof terrace (so great in time for summer!)

10 min walk to Kennington and 15 min walk to Elephant & Castle.
5 min walk to Burgess Park and 10 mins on bus to Camberwell!
So so central so easy to get anywhere - can walk to the south bank / London Bridge or get on a bus and be there in 10 mins

You’ll be living with 3 housemates (1 couple - male and female, and another male) who are all in their 20s.
They are a mix of working from home / in the office, and all have their own friendship groups in London, but also like to hang out in the living room / house - e. g cooking together, watching football and the odd box set!
