The room comes furnished with a double bed, a desk, dresser, and a massive closet, also a big window that lets in the morning sunshine. Will miss living here, but found a place much closer to my work.

10 minute walk from both kennington and oval stations on the northern line. Also many bus stations nearby. Kennington park is a 2 minute walk away and is great for a lovely morning walk if you are into that sort of thing (molly is). Also a community garden and library literally 30 seconds away!!!!

Our flat has a large comfy living room with a balcony attached, a kitchen with a cute little breakfast nook, and not one, but two toilets!

Your room is also large (looks a lot larger in person than the pic), with a desk, plenty of storage, and a view of the park behind our building.

Rent is 850pcm, deposit is 960, and bills are wifi: 10pp, water per annum, and heat has never gotten over 15pp so let's crank the heat (within environmentally friendly levels) baby! council tax is 45 each, so a total around ~80/month.

Move in looking to be around August 20! But also let me know what works for you, I'm flexible!
