Only 7 minutes walk from Kennington station and 14 from Elephant and Castle

The area is very safe and quiet. There are a couple of big supermarkets just 5 mins away, and Kennington Park and Burgess Park is just a 10 mins walk.

- Living Room: The flat comes fully furnished. There is a large living room, with 2 sofas + a coffee table, and a nice large table with chairs. I can provide bedsheets, duvets and towels too.

- Bathroom: Clean and pristine in total white, good water pressure, it has got a bathtub
