Really nice sized room only 10 minutes from Kennington station with big double windows that let in lots of light all year! I've lived there over a year and have really loved it but just had a change of situation
about the flat:
It is a two story duplex flat which has a cosy kitchen with breakfast nook and a large open plan living/dining room with massive windows so there's a lot of natural light. There's also a little balcony facing onto nice green space. Upstairs has three bedrooms (including yours) as well as a good sized bathroom and additional w. c.
about the flatmates:
Rachel (25) works full time and from home a couple days a week. Shes friendly, neat and respectful of space and looking for a couple of like minded girlies to join the flat for an occasional movie night or episode of trash t. v!
about the location:
A really amazing location! We're right between Kennington and Oval, both only about 10 mins walk away so really good transport links. Kennington Park is right next door which is so lovely in the summer and a great place for a walk/jog/coffee or whatever you're into! There's a corner shop right outside as well as a pharmacy, library and pub and a bunch of nice pubs and restaurants just through the park as well as bus stops.
the deets:
Rent is 850 and as it is ex-council, some bills are included. The rest comes to about 100 a month. Deposit is 960. Council tax band C.
