Spacious double room available 13 Oct (flexible ±1 week) in a modern flat with skyline view, lift access and built-in storage. Current flatmates are two friendly women professionals, so someone comfortable in an all-female household may be a good fit. Bills average £80–£90/month (never over £100).

The flat is in a quiet, family-friendly area with easy transport links — just a 5–7 min walk to Kennington station and under 15 min to Oval (both Northern Line). A large park is nearby, perfect for walks or outdoor exercise.

The tenancy is agency-managed and deposit protected. I’m in my third year here; the landlord is very responsive, making communication easy and smooth.
