Garden room in large Kennington house

We're a group of arty friends in a large Victorian house in Kennington - 5 minutes from the park and the station. You can easily walk to the river and it's really well connected

We're a group of friendly late 20 early 30 something actors and professionals looking for a new woman housemate (to keep the balance of the house).

Double room with garden access going free on the basement floor. There's a gorgeous shared living room and dining room with lots of natural light where we hang out and watch TV in the evening. We also have a large shared kitchen.

We see each other quite a bit and there's often trips to the pub, theatre or invites out on the weekend, but there's also a lot of space in the house to keep to yourself.
