I’m heading off travelling which means my lovely room is up for sublet in Kennington.

The room comes fully furnished with my desk and other furniture. I can also provide a screen if needed, which is great for someone working from home

You’ll be living with 2 other lovely girls in their late 20s/early 30s. We’re very clean and tidy and looking for someone respectful of the space.

Huge front garden (perfect for bbqs).
• 12 mins to Kennington Station
• 20 min to Elephant and Castle which you can find elephant park with lots of restaurant and the gym grup.

Rent is £1000 per month all bills included.

We’re hoping to find someone in their mid 20s–early 30s and who’ll fit into the lovely balance we have at home.
