Hello Spare Roomers! Our housemate is sadly moving out of his lovely double room in Kennington/Elephant and Castle to move in with his boyfriend. This, however is a great opportunity for you!
The house is a very modern, three-storey townhouse. It has shared kitchen and lounge, three toilets, two bathrooms, an upstairs storage/snug room, a terrace as well as a garden.
The room (yours to be) is on the middle floor next to the shower and bathroom. It comes furnished with a super king sized bed, bedside table and wardrobe.
You'd be living with Alex and Ryan, we are two LGBTQ professionals, who are lovely to live with. You'd be making new friends not just housemates.
Ryan: I’m into running, trying restaurants, theatre, and going to the gym. Love a night out or trip to the pub with friends! I’m super chill, so, looking for someone who is the same. Weekends I’m out and about, sucker for a Saturday morning coffee and bakery run.
Alex: I love drag race, playing PlayStation with friends, and going out for dinners and drinks. We’d love someone who wants to watch a film together every now and then, make dinner together and encourage each other to workout lol
