Hi girls, due to a sudden drop-out situation there’s 2 rooms available in Camberwell (Zone 1) in a gorgeous 4-bed houseshare!💕 It’s all double beds in a 2-storey flat (spacey like a house), open kitchen and living room, and lots of storage space in hallways.

🗓️Tenancy start 20th of September!
💸£790 PCM + bills (roughly 50-70 pcm)
📍Zone 1, nearest station Kennington (15 minute walk and a bus station right outside the door.
🚪 Entrance right onto a highway with a gym, many various stores, Sainsbury’s across the road, Burgess Park 5-10 minute walk.
🫧Must love a good cleaning rota/have basic respect for common areas
😶Sadly unable to accommodate pets or in-house smokers or kids.

You’ll be living with 2 girls, Fiona (27) and Elise (23). Fiona works in retail and Elise in finance, though we’re both also creatives (actors, filmmakers, theatremakers) so if you’re into the arts/entertainment business in any way that’s a plus!🌼

Ideally looking for maybe 2 friends but also welcome single applicants😊

🧸IMPORTANT TO NOTE: Sadly because we are due for referencing now, and the turnaround is quite short, we do require all applicants to be 100% able to prove they earn about 3x the rent (roughly minimum 28-29k per annum) or have a certain guarantor in place…
