Room available in Kennington/Oval

Our flat is a very creative and inclusive space. We are all actors/creatives and we love all things culture. We are also very laid back but make sure the house is nice and tidy. The flat is spacious and in a very central location. It’s 10 minutes walk from either Oval and Kennington and it’s about 5-10 minutes from there to central London on the Northern line. We are a bus ride away from Camberwell, Brixton, Peckham and other great areas of South London where there is all you could want to do. We Live near Kennington park which is a fantastic and safe open space. I will be vacating the room as of 28th October so we would be looking for someone who is nice, easy going, preferably interested in creative fields but this isn’t essential. Actors, writers, musicians, filmmakers would be fantastic but as long as you don’t mind the sight of guitars and some irregular work schedules that should be fine.
