Council tax) come to approx. £100-120 extra. The house - Located a 2-3 minute walk from Kennington station and 10 min walk from Kennington Park. The station is at the junction of the Charing Cross and Bank branches of the Northern line so perfect for those working anywhere in central. Elephant and Castle is a 10 minute walk which will give you access to the Bakerloo line. The house is fully furnished and feels like a warm and welcoming home. About us - We are a friendly house who enjoy the odd drink and catch up at home but respect we all have our own thing going on. We all chip in with the communal areas to make sure they are cleaned weekly and topped up with household products, tracked with good ol' Splitwise. Friends are welcome round, we want the house to feel like a home and need someone who is respectful to those in the house and neighbours. But we are not a party house.
