I’m sadly moving out to live with my partner and leaving behind my beautiful flatmate, Olivia (28), so we’re looking for a sociable female to join her in our lovely two-bed flat.

The flat is well-decorated, well-kept, and feels like home – we take pride in keeping it nice. It’s been furnished partly by the landlord and partly by me, and I’m happy to discuss leaving some of my furnishings for the new tenant for a small fee if desired. We love hosting dinner parties with friends, so it’s perfect for someone who enjoys a sociable, welcoming environment.

Location:

Just a few minutes’ walk to Stockwell tube (Northern & Victoria lines) and right on a main bus route into the city – great for commuting.

A lovely park is literally steps away.

The building is very safe, with bike sheds out the back for secure storage.

The flat:

Bright and cosy, it stays warm throughout winter.

Secure tenancy for another 18 months, but flexible thanks to recent rental law changes.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their space and wants to feel at home here.

I’ll be going abroad on 13 December, so there’s flexibility for move-in dates that week but offcial date will be 20.12. More than happy to host viewings in the meantime.
