House share in Kennington

You’ll be taking over the room on the bottom floor which looks out onto the garden and basically has the small shower room next door all to yourself.

You will be sharing with two of my good friends who make the house so gorgeous. Very respectful of space but pretty sociable gals so will be a lovely opportunity to gain some new pals! They’re partial to cooking up a storm in the kitchen and outside on our newly acquired BBQ.

So well connected, 10 minute walk from Kennington tube and 15 minute walk from Elephant & Castle with excellent busses into central.

Short walk to Kennington park and burgess park which both have active sports clubs!

The rent is 1090 with bills that bring it up to just over 1200. The tenancy is locked in until September 2027, but there is a break clause September 2026.
