Long term let in Kennington/elephant & castle

I’m looking for somebody to takeover my room in a brilliant spot between Kennington and Elephant and Castle from 1 Dec 2025. There’s also some flexibility if you’d like to move in a few days earlier!

You’ll be living with two amazing housemates in our cozy home.

The Room:
• Cozy, bright warm during winter.
• en-Suite bathroom with Toilet, Shower and Sink
• Fully furnished with built-in closet, double bed, bedside table with draws, lamp, mirror, jacket hanger
• Rent is £1000 per month, bills not included (typically around 140 per month)

The House:
• 3-bed, with a shared living room and fully equipped kitchen
• Large Garden with a storage shed
• Super close to various transport links and bustling shops
• The atmosphere is friendly, social, tidy, and respectful – we love to keep it a relaxing space to call home!
• Hybrid work from home household

About Us:
One of us works as a Researcher, and the other is a third-year student at SOAS. We both lead quite active lifestyles, enjoy travelling, going out with friends, but also love a quiet night in.

About you:

We’re looking for someone who’s easy-going, clean, and respectful to join our home. Ideally somebody who doesn’t work from home full time but a few days a week is fine.
