Light and Airy Master Bedroom with En-Suite

We are looking to rent the master bedroom of our flat - it's a great room, a cute flat and a lovely location, so keen to get someone great in. We're renting it initially while I go traveling, so you'll mostly just be sharing the flat with my partner Louis. We're flexible on all the details (start date, etc.), so get in touch if you're interested!

About the room:
You'll have the light, airy and quiet master bedroom. It's got a private en-suite with a rainfall shower, loads of storage (with a massive built-in wardrobe and under the bed storage) and big windows. There's a desk in there that you could work at, or happy to accommodate other preferences.

About the flat:
This is a flat we really love and care about and want to share it with someone who will be happy here. It's a two-bed, two-bath newly built flat, has a big living space, with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, lots of windows and a sunny balcony. We're really keen to make it a healthy place to live: we have air filtration in every room, use eco-friendly cleaning products and paints on the walls, and we have sustainably sourced furnishings.

About the area:
We love the location of our flat. It's on a wide, quiet street and less than 5 mins from two parks, including our favorite Kennington Park, as well as cafes, restaurants, etc. It's also less than 5 mins from Kennington Station, a really well-connected station in zone 1.

About us:
My partner and I are fun and personable young professionals. As I will be traveling, you'll spend most of the time with Louis, so a bit about him: Louis likes traveling, going to museums, pubs, cooking, going to jazz nights, ultimate frisbee, sports more generally, going to the gym, politics, and the Dog & Bell's annual pickle festival... I promise it's more fun than it probably sounds. We like to keep the flat clean and tidy and Louis will always be up for a chat.
