Double room in Kennington available via sublet from early Jan 2026 until Nov 2026 (when our contract ends). I am moving away - hence the room has become available. Bills not included but end up being around £150 a month (including council tax).
The ideal canditate would be a cricket fan and suseptable to getting a membership at the Oval and regular nets in Kennington Park. Skills in Wii Golf would also be a plus. Your new flatmates are a sociable bunch with trips to the local pubs, driving range and other attractions in London a regular occurance.
Room comes with double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, clothes rack and TV. Kitchen is also fully stocked with everything you need.
Flat is well stocked in general and has the bonus of a decked garden, shed and BBQ which is great in the summer.
