House is Newly painted /decorated,
with two large living rooms, and there is a nice Patio garden.
High speed broadband.
It’s a very quiet leafy area with mainly professionals or families. Very close to the park, and to the tube, and to greocery shops.
Lots storage space including secure storage for Bikes..
Lots of Kitchen cupboard and fridge space (Two fridges). Washing machine
Two large sitting rooms, so lots of space for WFH, fast broadband. Patio garden with table for relaxation/ coffees outside. Neigbourhood is a family orientated place, with supermarkets nearby.
House mates are all professional, quiet types.

Actually, there are four bedrooms and three people living there, so you would be the fourth person.

It is a huge house so for a number of years four people have lived there very very comfortably.
